photo of flashi'ma primary care physician living in san francisco. i'm moving my private practice from 1300 south eliseo in greenbrae to 1000 south eliseo drive, suite 204, ingreenbrae, california. the move takes place at the beginning of december, 2010. my phone number at the office is 415.461.2262. for the time being, i’m accepting new teenage and adult primary care patients. self-paying patients are treated with respect for whatever financial contraints they may currently have.
